Refund Policy
We stand by all our products and we back them with a full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us within 60 days of purchase to receive your money back. In many cases, you will be required to send us the unused portion of your product in order to receive a refund. We don’t make this process hard or uncomfortable because we understand that a small percentage of people may not experience the relief they were expecting. If You Purchased Directly From SiCap Industries Online:
If you purchased directly from us online, we will refund your money after verifying your purchase. If you paid with a (credit or debit) card, we will return the money to your card. If you paid with a check or money order, you will receive a check or money order. PayPal orders will be refunded back to the customer’s PayPal account.

If You Purchased From a Store:
If you purchased one of our products from a store, please return the item to the store it was purchased from and tell the manager or owner that SiCap Industries will credit them for the return once they contact us. If the store gives you a problem, please contact us and our customer service reps will return your money directly or we will get the store to credit you in full.
